Kinoma Play for Windows Mobile Updated
Kinoma Play is a mobile media player for Windows Mobile devices that has garnered much attention due to its user interface design and wealth of features. In its first update since release, Kinoma Play has improved the user interface and improved compatiblity with several Windows Mobile models.
Specifically, these updates include:
- More “finger-friendly” interface support for VGA screens
- On touch phones, the menu pod supports left and right swipes to move between menus
- Norwegian language support
- Improved support for phones with both slide-out QWERTY keyboards and phone keypads
- Improved support for resuming video and audio streamed with Orb (requires Orb v2.01.0017 or newer)
- Improved compatibility with podcast feeds hosted by FeedBurner
- Improved Google Video compatibility
- Correct presentation of multi-part Audible audiobooks
In addition, increased device testing has made Kinoma Play more compatible with older and newer Windows Mobile devices such as the Dell Axim X51, HTC Universal, Samsung SGH-i600 series, and more.
